Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and selected shipping method. Delivery times may vary but typically range from 3–7 business days for domestic orders.

Domestic & International Shipping

We currently ship within United States and select international countries. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. You may also reach out to us for assistance at sales@recofit.me

RETURN POLICY DISCLAIMER

We stand behind the quality of our compression sleeves and want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be:

  • Unused
  • Unworn
  • In original packaging
  • Free from damage or signs of wear

Please note: Due to hygiene and health regulations, we cannot accept returns on used or worn sleeves.

Non-Returnable Items
  • Sleeves that have been worn or tried on
  • Custom or limited-edition items
  • Clearance or final sale items
Return Process

To initiate a return, contact us at sales@recofit.me. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or there was an error on our part.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or denial. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please initiate a return and place a new order.

END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of our website and any digital content, guides, instructions, or materials provided alongside your compression sleeve purchase (collectively, the “Content”).

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Resell, reproduce, or redistribute the Content or packaging inserts
  • Misuse product instructions or modify recommended usage
  • Use our products for unauthorized medical purposes without professional guidance
3. Product Use Disclaimer

Compression sleeves are not a substitute for medical treatment. Always consult with a healthcare provider before use, especially if you have pre-existing medical conditions.

4. Ownership

All designs, content, and product materials are the intellectual property of Recofit powered by Movement Interactive Inc. You may not copy or exploit these materials without written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any injury, discomfort, or complications resulting from improper use of our compression sleeves. Always follow included instructions and consult a medical professional if unsure.

6. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles.
